Jack is the founder and principle owner of NewWays Leadership, LLC and FocalPoint Business Coaching. He is a sought after certified coach, speaker and trainer through The John Maxwell Team.

So what can Jack do for you? Jack helps companies define and amplify brand recognition. His mission is to lead business clients to increase revenue and improve efficiency. He wants to not only improve current leadership, but create new leaders. Jack wants to impact growth, empower employees, and fortify overall accountability and effective communication. With his unique mix of visionary and sales expertise, Jack’s customized workshops and coaching makes him a great asset to you and your teams success.

To date, he has trained hundreds of professionals, many of whom have blossomed into the top 10% of their work field. He teaches clients to generate new levels of success by creating genuine connections and relationships built on trust and confidence. Dave Rudin has dedicated his life to adding value to others through the application of proven leadership principles. As founder and president of Advanced Leadership, LLC, his goal, is to provide transformational leadership experiences that help individuals, teams, and organizations advance their influence and effectiveness.

So what can Dave do for you? Dave has two decades of leadership experience as an executive leader, entrepreneur, church planter, certified speaker, trainer and coach with The John Maxwell Team. He is dedicated to being a river of influence and serves as a catalyst that adds value to others. He strives to help people live their God-given potential and increase their effectiveness by making their success significant. Dave is driven by the belief that people are our greatest appreciable asset; and when you train and develop leaders in a community, you give hope to that community.

Dave is invested in being a lifelong learner which inspires him to advance his own personal and professional growth.Dave has traveled internationally with John C. Maxwell as part of a Transformational Leadership Team both in Guatemala (2013), Paraguay (2016) and Costa Rica (2018). There he trained leaders in business, government, education arts, media, faith and family. He is involved in his own community as well, serving as:

Celines has been a business owner with more than 25 years of experience in professional sales. As an enterprising woman and bicultural leader, she is passionate about helping individuals and organizations to grow their leadership.

Celines has trained and developed hundreds of people move to understand how personal growth can make them more effective in their business and personal life. Celines has discovered that the majority of people have the desire to live to their potential, but struggle to find ways to achieve that desire. Celines has developed courses, live conferences, seminars and workshops on leadership and personal growth that emphasizes the truth that each human being is equipped with the tools, skills and talents necessary to achieve everything they desire.
